Shipping & Delivery

How much time does it take to deliver the order?
It may take about 2-3 days to dispatch the order from our stores. After this, the delivery time depends on shipping option. Through Express Shipping, you can receive your product within 5 days and through Economical Shopping, the order is delivered between 14-24 days. The delays in delivery only take place in case of bad weather, unavailability of product, etc.

In which countries do you ship?
We offer our services to almost every country. Still, if you have any queries you can contact us at any time.

Are changes allowed to shipping address after the order has been placed?
As we have payment policy for PayPal only. While placing the order and making a payment, it will ask you to add the details for shipping. You can edit it then and there and the product will be delivered to that address only. Still, if you want to change the address after making the payment then feel free to get in touch with us. We will cancel your order and refund your money after which you can again place the order with a new address. After the successful payment, the order will be delivered you shortly.

Will I have to pay the shipping charges?

No. You will not have to pay any shipping charges. The prices for the products shown on our website are including of all shipping charge and taxes applicable for your country.


Will I have to pay taxes also?
Of course. You have to pay the duties or taxes as per your country rules. But You don’t have to pay any extra taxes at the time of delivery. Price listed at every product is inclusive of all taxes & shipping charges. So don’t worry & relax we will not charge any extra except price listed with every product.

How can you assure us that order will be received on time?
We make sure that the products are dispatched from our end within 1-2 days but in some cases it can take upto 7 working days to Dispatch but it is rare case & you will receive it within 14 to 21 working Days. The customers receive an email and a SMS regarding the dispatch details of the product. Also, a tracking information link will be sent on your email id. Check that mail to get updates regarding your order. You can connect with us in case you confront any issue.

The delivery date for my product has been extended. What should I do?
It happens in rare case when your order is delayed. Keep yourself updated with our emails and messages. A new link for tracking your order will be sent to your email ID through which you can check the live status for your item.


Return Policy


What is your return policy?

We Care our Customer buy we do not have return policy at this time. Every product available with us have unique color and design, As all most all products are Hand made & we cost too much to Kraft these products therefore we do not offer return policy in such case. If the color of the item varies a little, we do not offer return policy for this cause. As Hand Made items varies in color little bit due to manually crafting. But if you receive the wrong Products than we can accept you return request. To return product please keep product in original condition with all tags.


What If I received damaged piece?
You will have to connect us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer executive will ask you to share the issues or picture of damaged piece so that he can help you in replacing the same.


I have ordered a wrong product. Can I exchange or replace it?
You can Exchange product before Dispatch, if you realize that you have order the wrong product please contact us soon so that we can solve your issues. It is because once the order has dispatch it costs a lot for shipping charge. We do not offer exchange or replacement service. In case the product is not dispatched from our end then we can help you something. Connect us for your query.
